Read the post below. The offer on the house is no more. Yesterday, the same day we put our offer in, someone else put an offer in - for cash. Soooo, we're not getting that house. Silly me, I definitely got way too excited because now I'm extremely bummed. I should have known it was coming. We'll keep looking around I guess.

ERG. Well, maybe it's not where the Lord wants you. Bummer.
We really wanted a house on foreclosure when we were looking, but it would have costed a little more than we wanted, and we would have needed to make a offer on it right then. (Foreclosures usually sell fast.) We were only about halfway through our apartment lease, which we couldn't back out of. It was kind of a bummer, but looking back, I love our house now so much more!
We didn't get the house we wanted first either. I wanted it SOO BAD! But it just didn't work out. I understand how you must feel. Sorry... :( But you will find another place you like just as well :D! Good Luck!!
PS House Hunting is more fun than actually buying anyway ... lol ... enjoy it!
