All By Herself!

Another quick potty update (don't you love it?!)

This morning Carrie had a little #2 accident and we had just finished getting her cleaned up in the bathroom. Justin and I were getting ready for the day and Carrie ran back into the bathroom from our bedroom and announced, "I WENT PEE PEE!"

Immediately we both though, "Oh no.... time to go clean up another mess....."

So we asked her, "Ok... Where did you go pee pee?"

She ran into our bedroom and pointed to her little pink toddler potty that was sitting in the corner.

***SIGH OF RELIEF!!!***

She felt the need, found the pink potty, and went all by herself!! We were so proud! Since she can't climb up to the big potty on her own (I need to get some stepstools) I've made sure the pink potty has been close by throughout the day and she's gone a couple more times on her own. It's nice to see the "training" taking effect. Ahhh, the simple joys in life :)
